Q: How long is your contract for monitoring service?
A: We have NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS. We want you to stay with us because you are happy with our service, not because you have to.
Q: How much does your monitoring cost?
A: $18.95 per month + tax for standard phone line monitoring. $24.95 per month + tax for wireless monitoring without a phone line. There is a low, one-time fee of $99.00 for the wireless communicator when using our wireless monitoring service.
Q: Do I own the equipment you install?
A: Absolutely. All equipment that we install for you is your property after full payment of your installation has been made.
Q: Do you provide a warranty?
A: Yes. All equipment (except special order items) that we install is covered by a 1 year parts & labor warranty from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God.
Q: How far does your service area reach?
A: We service Dallas, Fort Worth, and their surrounding areas (most all North Texas counties).
Q: Do you service and repair non-monitored alarm systems?
A: Yes we do. We are one of the few companies that still offer this service.
